I boil them in a braiser until they get tender seasoned with salt pepper garlic onion etc. I then drain off the liquid and use a fat separator to get the fat out but it back in the pot with mushrooms and a can of golden mushroom soup return the meat and reduce it down What's Cooking This Weekend?
