tailfin - The egg roll guy is still there. His chicken-fried rice with the Singaporean spices? Is awesome. I'm leaving B-School in a few weeks and will really miss him. I have a great yellow couch from Mitchell Gold that I got a few years ago. It was the Gio model (with wheels on the front legs and a handle on the back). If you're ever in Houston, the store New Living investigates whether a product is "green," - from every angle. The labels on the shelves even tell you how the product got to the store. This is one of my favorite websites, and perhaps this post this is an honest mistake we can turn into a teaching moment. If not, shame on AT. _NO_ puppy sold at _any_ pet store comes from a responsible breeder. AKC is worthless and the price of membership is in dollars, not ethics. I LOVE IT! I went right over to buy (I'm in Austin too) and the teal is exactly what I'm looking for for my couch right now. ... but WOOF $120 for a dog bed and $55 for a pillow? I'll have to wait... The earth has enough cute, purebred, well-behaved dogs already thankyouverymuch. * You know what you're getting- its hard to discern future temperament from a puppy. When you adopt (especially from a rescue that cares for adoptable dogs in a foster home), you can learn about the dog before you take him home.
