Many of the comments above make sense. I would also add that the temperature of the eggs can be important. I use cast iron or carbon steel to cook eggs and I notice a huge difference between a room temp egg and one straight out of the refrigerator when it comes to sticking. Judging from the picture though I would agree that you are heating your pan too high for eggs. Why Are My Scrambled Eggs Sticking to My Nonstick Pan? Good Questions |
