In 2009 I went through and tested several of the different companies. My favorite was smilebooks.com. They offer printing on silver halide photo paper and at the time were one of the few who allowed complete customization of the page. I know shutterfly has changed a bit since then (much more flexibility) so I imagine some of the others have as well.
