I purchased an Eames rocker from DWR rather than Modernica.
The chair DWR sells is a Herman Miller product; (from my perspective) Herman Miller is a company with environmental principles, and the products have a high resale value. I was told by the DWR salesperson the polypropylene shell is more durable than the fiberglass (as I recall) due to cracks and fading).

I suggest placing a rug under the chair to prevent wear on the runners.

I have the mattress. I added a organic wool mattress topper that I bought from The Natural Sleep Store; the topper makes a difference. I researched natural and organic latex mattresses and ultimately chose the IKEA mattress due to price. I am quite happy with the purchase, though bummed to have missed the sale (what a deal!).

Marnie - The lowest price I saw for a 100% natural latex mattress with organic cotton was $1600 at The Natural Sleep Store. The store pays shipping and does not charge tax to CA residents.

sunspot42 - Initially, I found the mattress to have a slight latex smell, though I no longer notice the smell. I don't think the smell from the latex mattress is as strong or harmful as the chemical-like smell from a foam mattress.
