awesome! I usually put leftover lemons (after squeezing them!) in a pot of water with cloves and have it simmering on my stove throughout the day. TOTALLY gets rid of kitchen funk (aka seafood & onions)

If a juice is on the bitter side, I usually add an apple or a carrot to sweeten the deal. A juice like this one is great with a little hot sauce added in. It's like drinking a bloody mary without the booze.

Also! Add herbs. Cilantro & Parsley are really great in juices. Lemon can balance a juice if it's too sweet.

AND!!! FENNEL. Fennel is pretty awesome.

Daleth- I would say 350F for 15-20 would be your best bet!

I'm glad to know that people try this with eggs for breakfast burritos- I was curious if the eggs would be kinda wet afterward?

i have an omega 1000 that is pretty easy to clean!

I did a whole post on how to juice with it, if you wanna take a look. I just soak the parts in a bowl of hot sudsy water at the end and it's a snap!!
