As a writer with Fibromyalgia, my morning ritual is pretty much set in stone, not unlike the stiffness in my back, which causes me to literally roll out of bed each morning. A strong cup of coffee is first and foremost to help clear the morning fibro fog. While the coffee is brewing, I power up my heating pad and my computer, so that I can wake up my mind and my body while reading my email. That is probably the closest I get to multi-tasking these days, but without that ritual, the result would be no-tasking!
