I can see two possible options: (a) convert the additional room into a large master suite and then convert the bedroom that currently serves as the conduit to the new master suite into an entertainment or media room (perhaps by removing the door). This means you will now be entering the third bedroom through the entertainment room + you will have a huge master suite or (b) perhaps consider a glassed in breezeway that connects the door next to the laundry room to the additional room. I am not keen on a bedroom having a window facing into a glassed hallway, but if it's open enough (and say with tile floors and lots of plants) it could be cool...like a conservatory/hall.
