I, too, am frustrated with my Pfaltzgraff Heritage. I emailed Pfaltzgraff for a solution, but got no response. They make a cleaner specifically for this problem, but it is available only online and they are out! I've tried Clorox Soft Scrub and it removes some marks, but not nearly all of them. I'm so glad I found this site and am eager to try Bar Keeper's Friend!
