They make vinyl flooring that comes in wood plank dimensions here in the States. The version I've seen is 3' by 4 inches, and costs $30 for a 30 square feet. It has a self-adhesive backing that sticks right to the floor. They come in different styles and look enough like wood that it would be OK for a rental. Ideas for Kitchen Floor in a Rental?
