Yeah riiigggghhhttt I'm going to put a four thousand dollar outside in LA. I'm reuphostering a super simple loveseat in waterproof white vinyl and painting the wood parts in high gloss white marine paint for outdoors right now though. A $60 one. Thats the way to go. Unless you have $4000 for a couch then go for it. Wait no. Not even then would I do that. I would get one made like out of brass or lucite or something. High, Low & In Between: Outdoor Sofas |

I looooovve #5. I agree it looks totally high end. If you paired it with nice slate gray cushions to create a monocromatic zone it would be awesome. Somebody tell us how to do it!!! DIY Outdoor Sectionals |

I think they're funny. People are complaining about these cups but at least these ones are meant to be re-used over and over and not just thrown away after a bug lands in your warm beer! Has anyone seen the red neck wine glasses they're making now? I also like those. I think its ok to be a little trashy and funny here and there if everything else for the most part is tasteful and nice. The Red SOLO Cup Goes Fancy |

I'm obsessed with arc lamps buy they are always so expensive! Would love if someone came up with a reasonably tasteful diy for this syle. I feel like if I could find just the bent metal tube part of it i could figure out the rest for super cheap. Even if you used just some whatever base it could get hidden in a corner behind my sofa although one of my favorite things about the good ones are the marble stabs! So rad. Rip out the carpet and paint the floor white! My landlord let me do it once I showed him my inspiration photos. It was actually really easy to get out and then you just pay someone $100 to come pick up the carpet, you can probably even recycle it for free. Ideas for \"Extra\" Room in Dream Rental? Floor to ceiling cream fringe panels. They divide but you can tie them off and you can still kind of see through them so it doesn't become too dark. You can also cut them to go perfectly on top of say one of those ikea two way book cases for examples making a room on each side that is semi visible but definitively separate. A different colored wall on each side would further define the spaces. Mirrored dividers, or attaching mirror to dividers is another good alternative that you can move around as much as you like but you have to kind of leave them curved or they could topple.. at any given time people are giving away or selling mirrored closet doors that they don't want anymore and I've felt as though those would make cool dividers and cheap. Mirrors are totally opaque but anything reflective will serve to add depth somehow and open things up. 5 Smart Ways to Divide a Room Small Space Solutions |
