@TriciaRoseRoughLinen, most of those mystery holes in tees and tanks (at least in my case) come from the quick grab-and-twist maneuver using the shirt for extra gripping power on a certain long-neck bottle. I want to, no, make that will, learn to can. Little batches of stuff like my mom's apple butter, tomato Florentine soup, things I could freeze but am more likely to eat if I don't have to thaw.
