Is that rug under the dining room table from Pottery Barn? Looks like one I just saw! Also love the boxed box woods (?) on the terrace.

So happy to see another example of black penny tile in an entry because we're considering the same :) love the way you reworked your space! The floor is lovely and I live the concrete counter & floating shelf.

I think it looks really cool for the most part, though sometimes cheap. It seems like a lot will have to be replaced over time (plywood everywhere, finishes seem unfinished, kitchen seems temporary) but, I love the floors, the minimalism, the decor.

I have done accent walls only so I don't have a ton of work to fix later as we typically moved every year or two. Eventually I wised up and started asking for cans of whatever paint they used for touch-ups before we moved in so I had it on hand to fix holes (something I always manage when hanging heavy mirrors) we had created but also enough to repaint a wall or two if necessary. Last place was a dark tan (yawn) so I chevroned the entire entry area by simply cutting up an applying white contact paper stripes. Looked great and didn't even damage the wall :) We just bought out first house and true story- we're painting MOST of it bright white. Go figure.

I would filter out food for sure. Great when you're looking for something but makes you unnecessarily hungry otherwise!

I would look pretty fabulous on this bike AND it would remind me of my hometown San Fran :)
