I also agree, Chilean wines are being recognized as some of the best in the world and at not expensive prices. Miguel Torres, or Concha yTorro, or Casillera del Diablo, etc brands are very affordable (less than $15 usually in the DC area). Like Argentine, a good Chilean Malbec or Cabernet red is great for parties.
