I think this is a great list not only as a reward for your hard work but in recognition that almost all of these will become distant memories for awhile once your baby arrives. ;) Or at least, they will be very different versions from what you are able to enjoy now. Soak up the impromptu bits of freedom that you can and congrats on your work and on your impending bundle of joy.

I can't stand a room that is staged to look beautiful but the function of it is completely overlooked. Sometimes you can tell by looking at a picture that no one would ever sit in the chairs, set their drink on the end table, or be able to sit and eat at the dining room table due to the placement of the furniture, the heights of the furniture, or the style (and expense) of the furniture. I have to be able to picture how a room is actually lived in for it to be attractive. That being said, sometimes form should not completely give way to function as in the case of couches or chairs with built-in cup holders [*SHIVER*].

Are there vintage suitcases under the sectional? I love that sectional! Also like your soothing color scheme in the kitchen.

Ummm, Judiau? Illegal behavior? As a prosecutor, I must say I've never prosecuted someone for "hanging onto bags of poop." I'm very curious which jurisdiction criminalizes such behavior.

I'm addicted to coffee mugs and I usually select one based on the color and how it corresponds to my mood. This set would help me do that with surprising precision!

I've always wanted one of these and I think my son would love it as a night stand where he can store his special treasures behind a secret sliding door and keep them right next to him at night. :)

As a vegetarian who grew up in a Michigan family that hunted and mounted the real thing on the walls, I would love this tongue-in-cheek version. ;)

I'm glad to see the IKEA kitchen on here. We bought one for our son a year and a half ago and he and his little sister both play with it a lot and it's in great shape. It's small and easy on the eyes so I don't mind looking at it in the middle of our hallway and it didn't cost us a small fortune at all--a great buy.

I love Alison's teal blue room, too--can you share the paint color and brand, please?
