I love my white Karlstad sofa. It's very comfortable and looks great. It has a soft spot on the side of the arm rest which is added for extra comfort when you lay down. I like the height of the arms rests for sitting. It's very easy to take apart and put back together for changing/washing the covers. It's held up great with a jumping toddler and wild pet cats with claws. I feel like this sofa offers more support than the Kivik because the cushions are a bit firmer, but also the seats aren't as deep. I love how all the cushions stay in place and always looks neat and tidy. I keep my sofa off the wall in the middle of the room and the light travels underneath the sofa which makes the room feel bigger. I think this sofa is perfect and in time we'll add on the chaise for more lounging room.
