While I couldn't live in a home like this (too much dusting with an infant!) I absolutely love it! I've honestly never seen anything like it. I do have to ask, where did you get that "Bitch" pillow? I love it!

My husband wants to purchase a home so badly, and while I do also wish to eventually become a home owner, I can't help but feel this enormous weight whenever I really think about it. What if the air conditioning unit goes up? What if the hot water heater bursts? What if we find mold in the basement? We're responsible for everything, and honestly, I feel like we have enough on our plate with a sixy-five pound pup, a cat and a four month old. And bad neighbors... if you're renting you always have the option to pay two months rent and get out of dodge. When you own a home it isn't so easy. I love the idea of having a place that can be changed exactly to our liking, a place where we can have another big stupid dog, a place where our daughter can grow up and bring her children when we're old and gray. It all sounds so nice, but I always have this thick black cloud of indecision and responsibility looming over my head.

This has become one of my biggest pet peeves. When my husband and I got married, we had to track down quite a few people to get their RSVP's. Then! We had a ton of people who responded that they were coming and just didn't show up. We had about two whole tables at our reception that were left unused. Do people not understand that we paid for their table, chair, dinnerware, napkin, food, etc.? Then our baby shower was this past September. It was RIDICULOUS how many people responded and didn't show, or that ignored the whole thing completely even when I tried to track them down.

I don't think we'll be having another party in the near future. People are so inconsiderate now a days.

I just wanted to add, my husband's cousin was invited to our wedding. She and her fiancé refused to RSVP no matter how many times we tried to get in touch or in what way (phone, Facebook, email, family) and they wound up just not coming at all. We haven't spoken to them since, but they had the audacity to send us a invite to their wedding... What is WITH people?
