Fantastic remodel and so nice to see a small kitchen from a fellow Minnesotan! I'd love a longer post on how you put the kitchen cart together! I have a similar metal cart and I'm trying to replace the top and have checked out the butcher block top from Menards and would love to know how you securered it to the Home Depot cart and if you cut down the width of the butcher block from 36" to work with the 18" width of the cart. If you decide to live with the pink for a while Damask Pink from Benjamin Moore coordinates beautifully with Mamie pink tile. Restoration Hardware used to have the perfect pink hotel shower curtain and bath mat although this is a reasonable substitute http://www.rhbabyandchild.com/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=rhbc_prod102036.
