bedroom and living room are nice but the kitchen looked much better before. not my style and the blue is to country looking for me. too old looking. like that chandalier? Not in my house.

Oh and the only thing you really need to ready your house is a big ass HD tv, a good supply of beer, and a Jozy Altidore Jersey!

Some of this stuff just strikes me as utterly forced and contrived. Maybe it's just cause it seems so out of place on this site. Not that some of it isn't creative. The plates are creative. just seems forced

I love the faux outrage. You're all too damn prissy for you're own good. Take a dump, read a mag while you're doing it if you darn well want to. It's you're fricken house. Don't listen to these guys. Just a bunch of pompous and pretentious people.

The only one that interests me is the first one, the dark tile bathroom with the white tub, and sadly there are no more pics for the rest of that bathroom. What gives? The other's Not really my style.

where i'm at the heat just laughs when you pull out a fan. it just move hot air around. No effect at all on 100 degree heat.

well maybe not twice but it is bigger.

matters not. I'm no more likely to buy it cause this' made from one piece of metal. who cares except fanboys easily impressed. Now if it had more features maybe.

i'm a 360 user. not exactly on point but i'd suggest just converting all your movies to a compatible format. They end result is similar.

first find out the compatible formats for your ps3 or 360. look the web. certain audio only works in certain container formats and i don't think 5.1 surround works in most formats. personally i use xvid in an avi container or h264 in mp4 container. once you learn what a ps3 can play without issue, then get a process that works and soon it's easy. so if you think you did everything perfect and the file still doesn't play you may merely have your audio or video encoding at an imcompatable setting.

I personally converted all my dvds and stream them from my computer to my tv without tversity which i had issues. I now have 211 movies and several folders of videos, home movies, all of Entourage, La Femme Nikita, and the Wire.

I even steam near HD. I consider it hd cause i can barely tell the diff and it looks monumentally better then dvds. i've converted blu ray rips. I'm sure you can figure out where to get them if you apply yourself.

It may sound a bit daunting but once you figure it out and do it two or three times it's really easy.

for ripping dvds i use:
dvdfab 5 to rip the dvd to my hd.
handbrake to encode the iso to an h264 in mp4 container.

For HD conversions.
They are anywhere from 4 GBs to 8 GBs.
You need your end file under 4 GBs because xbox and PS3 have difficulty playing larger files
i use a program called Ripbot http://www.bontragerphotography.com/psp/RipBot264.php made for converting mkv to mp4 for use on a ps3. if you get confused look at this massive thread for new versions and for lots of help.http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=127611 the creator posts here often.
Note these conversions will take a long time on a good computer. think 8 hours so do these overnight or set it before you go to work. come home and it's done.

other tools i occasionally use

autogk a handbrake alternative, has hidden features for adding subs too. useful when i needed to add subs for asian language seens in Kill Bill.

GotSent - another mkv to mp4 converter
xvid4psp - mkv to mp4 converter. may do even more but i haven't used it fully. seems really powerful.

another note. Mkvs often have perfectly compatible h264 video inside and you can make it playable by putting it in an mp4 container by demuxing it and remuxing it. this can save you hours of reencoding time. there are plenty of software out there so down the road you should inform yourself about that process. it takes a few different software and sometimes requires downsampling audio from 5.1 to 2 channel audio to make it compatible. again it's a pain but once you do it three or four times it easy.

the end result of all of this is quite satisfying.

word to the wise back up every movie you rip or have so you never have to do it again.
