I'm fairly certain that the print (and possibly the textiles too) is from artist Kim Parker.

What about Room & Board's custom Parsons tables?
Not only can you customize width, depth & height to the inch, but they offer lots of great options for the top - glass, quartz, wood, etc.

Scoot - Patrick is correct, the credenza is definitely IKEA magiker, but I don't believe they make it anymore. I have a magiker cabinet that has been serving me well for years. It's still IKEA quality - you get what you pay for, but if you like the look, keep an eye on Craigslist.

Jodie - I'm 90% certain the duvet cover is from Crate & Barrel. I have two pillow shams that I picked up at the outlet 3-4 years ago in that same print. Can't find any current links to it though :(

I always understood that the problem with doubling the baking powder/soda applied only to cakes or larger pastries where the increased leavener affected the overall structure of the cake.
Never occurred to me that it would affect something smaller like a cookie. I agree with the above commenters that it was likely another culprit.

I have a R&B Parsons table that I use as my desk in my home office. Had it for a little over a year, and I'm very happy with it. It's incredibly sturdy. While not absurdly expensive, it wasn't cheap either. I considered some of IKEA's table-top and add-on leg options as an inexpensive temporary, yet stylish option, but decided the Parsons was something I'll have forever - haven't regretted it.

I'll add another big thumbs-up for Envirosax. They are sold in packs of five, so I typically keep one or two in my purse and the others float around my car/house. They are so small and light when rolled up, but roomy and super strong when in use. They hold way more than the standard plastic grocery bag. If they do get a little heavy (which they are study enough to handle), I love the fact that the strap fits over my shoulder. Plus, they have nifty designs on them!

I have the Architecture bed from R&B (which is essentially the Parsons with a canopy), and I love it. It is incredibly sturdy - the slats that support the mattress are heavy-duty metal, not creaky wood. The bed also comes apart and goes together really easily for future moves. I don't think you will regret the purchase.
I also bought my mattress (firm, encased coil) from R&B and have been equally pleased. Their mattress prices are reasonable and straightforward - it was nice to avoid the mattress superstore runaround.
R&B customer service is excellent.
