I'm jealous that your books belong to large collections with pretty spines :)

My book solution was hanging one row shelves close to the ceiling, going around the perimeter of the room. I love that it's out of the way, but I hate that instead of being another interesting visual element in the room, it's a big mish-mash.

Now you've got me thinking about ADDING solid-colored dust covers to my books!
