Most curry (or curry-type, such as chili, etc) dishes freeze quite well, especially ones with a coconut milk base. Mini frittatas can be frozen, then popped in the oven for 10 min or so before serving.

I love, love, love socca! It can be made sweet, or savory, or---anything, really. I recently made something similar to this, though with a thicker, more falafel-like crust (with chopped onions and such mixed in), topped with homemade tomato sauce, Manchego cheese, duck bacon, and an egg for each diner.

Hand-roll parties! I've actually had two of these over the past week.
It's a lot less involved than making proper maki, cos the rolling of the rolls is always the trickiest part (for us non-professionals, that is =D. )
All you need is a big package of nori, some sushi rice (or some variation thereof- my personal favorite is a wild rice & amaranth combination), and assorted toppings & condiments, which can be cooked, raw, vegan, or even some sashimi-grade fish, should your budget allow for it.

The hands-down best use for niter kebbeh is...(drumroll, please)....french toast! Whether you believe me or not, try it, and you will never cook french toast with anything else, ever again! I know that's not technically a "dinner food", but sometimes breakfast-for-dinner is just what a person needs.

There's a lot of conflicting information out there, but a lot of evidence points to the conclusion that eating often is actually quite stressful for the body, as it's not physiologically beneficial to be constantly digesting something.
Speaking from personal experience, I used to subscribe to the eat-small-meals-often philosophy, but found that my energy kept crashing and I was constantly hungry.
As everyone's body works in a unique way, it's worth experimenting with different eating schedules, but I'd shy away from anything that requires you to set an alarm as a 'reminder' to eat. If you're hungry, eat! If not, don't!

My grandmother (who lives in Odessa, the Ukraine), always makes them either with farmer's cheese ('tvorog') and golden raisins, or with red caviar. Both are delectable, with unbelievably silky blinis. I have yet to attempt a wheat-free version (since I recently discovered...ahem, rather, acknowledged) a gluten intolerance, but a grain-free blintz is high on my to-do list.

My favorite baked good, from childhood, were Russian poppy seed roll-cakes, or sweet poppy seed buns. Imagine a sheet of challah dough rolled up with a thick layer of a honey-poppy seed mixture, and you'll be pretty close. So, so delicious!

Ahhh, there's nothing like Scandinavian licorice! This is nothing like it, but took me back---so salty and pungent, almost impossible to stomach, but the greatest hangover cure, or late-night-snack-with-friends. Now that's something I'd like to try making at home!

I made a version over the holidays that used balsamic vinegar, tahini, and roasted garlic. I don't even know if you can call that baba ghanoush, at that point, but the tahini + balsamic vinegar combination was a serendipitous match made in heaven.

TOTALLY trying this when I get home! This sounds awesome.
My first thought was of Sahlab, a middle eastern drink made from milk and cornstarch, with coconut and toasted peanuts sprinkled on top. Obviously, the two are quite different, but I'm envisioning some kind of delightfully spiced, creamy, herbal tea hybrid situation.

Not really - I jest, of course - but my personal objection is that I recently had to drop my carrot-eating habit, due to having turned an inhuman shade of orange! Then again, I'd been going through almost a pound of the lovely root-fruits, every day...
