if you click the link the amazon website demonstrates the use of the product WITH THE BABY IN IT. So I assume that's why the parents you saw were using it that way...Though it is advertised as for use with toddlers... Couldnt imagine using it that way with a younger child Travel with Babies & Toddlers Made Easy |
