Its actually titanium dioxide based coating on the surface. The concrete is just plain concrete you get anywhere else. The coating would last anything from 3-4 years. The coating repels dirt and water. Anything not coated by it, like in this case the flower patterns, absorbs the water. Still, it's a nice creative touch. They took advantage of the porous properties of concrete.
