Can you build some steps to hold planters? I'm thinking something like the risers a choral group stands on covered with wooden planters. Put an outdoor baker's rack in the center and risers with planters on either side.

If you want to plump up the cushions, take the foam out of the zippered covers, wrap it in fluffy batting and restuff them.
How about a vintage granny square afghan to go over the 3 seat cushions?

The ceiling fan and light in our master bedroom would go on/off/dim/fan at any time. We live in a city and figured out the waves from cordless phones and radios were interfering with the wireless remote my husband installed.

I want to see the oven/dishwasher.

Paint quality is an issue too. We have used Sherwin Williams in the living room of our rental unit and no matter how many scuffs, scrapes, nail holes etc. we can simply patch and paint. We are not even using the same can anymore; the store has mixed a new batch, and it matches perfectly every time. It is worth the money to buy quality paint.

Erica, your home sounds lovely. I adore curved staircases. I would get a linear measurement and then find an average wall height to determine the square footage. Or you may want to number each existing "drop" of paper with a chalk number and add them together.
