I first tried a toilet/bidet in Shanghai last year (hot, cold, blow dry, air freshener, etc). It took a couple tries to get use to it, but now there's no turning back.

I wanted to get one for my dad (who was also on the Shanghai trip) for his birthday but the full toilets were out of my budget. Then I discovered the toilet seat version. I ended up with the Biobidet (http://www.biobidet.com/BB200%20Warm%20Water%20Bidet.htm) for $160CAD. It was very easy to install and draws cold water from the toilet tank and hot water from the sink (no power needed) but it requires the sink to be beside the toilet.

My dad loves it and now my mom wants one for her bathroom.
