I work in an Immediate Care clinic as a Medical Assistant and I can see the benefits of telemedicine. Lots of things we deal with in the clinic: UTIs, sore throats, back pain, URIs, are fairly straight forward to diagnose and treat. While of course there are some things the person will need to be seen in the clinic to treat (one can hardly suture a laceration or X-ray a fractured arm via Skype), I am looking forward to telemedicine becoming more prevalent an excited to see how new technology is being utilized for the medical field.

My boyfriend really, really, REALLY doesn't care about interior design/design styles, which is both a blessing and a curse. He doesn't really care what I do, as long as it's not super girly (which is not a problem at all, I don't like super girly spaces either), but I also feel like he should be involved in how our place looks and he doesn't really give me much to go on. I don't want to make all the choices, but whenever I propose something he just shrugs and says "I don't care, do whatever you want."

The black and white stripes actually make a TON of sense for an infant's room. Infants don't see the world the same way we do. They have trouble focusing, their visual acuity is much worse than adults and do best with high contrast in patterns. You can't get any more contrast than black and white.

The one in the picture isn't on the list. That's Lift, a free app I got on my iPhone and really like. It has a very clean design, and it's about holding yourself accountable.

I want my boyfriend to be involved, I would hate to set up a place that he doesn't like, but he legitimately doesn't care. He's very laid back and easy going. As long as it isn't festooned with sequins and isn't hot pink (which I hate anyway) he doesn't care.

We haven't really gotten around to decorating too much (don't have the funds), but when we do I think I'm going to present several options from what I like. And if he still doesn't mind either way, I'll just do whatever. My tastes aren't overly feminine, so it should be okay. As long as he has a place to put his computer, he's happy.

I'm also in favor of nurseries that aren't done in pastels, but this one is simply amazing! I love the alpha numero theme and the colors and pieces you've chosen are great.

It's not my usual style, but I love it! Especially the feathers. It's bold but not heavy.

This is an awesome idea! It's simple enough that even I can do it. I can totally see myself making one when I get a yard.

Forget the chair, that face pillow is all I can look at. It's... unnerving.
