I was lucky enough to take a Mexican cooking class while on vacation this winter. The first thing we learned was Agua Fresca. So simple and so good. I will be trying this combo for sure. I can't help but think that its probably a good thing that the overflow valve is set low. Maybe its all those times my Dad told me not to waste so much water or maybe I just like to plug my nose sink down under the water so all I can hear is my the bass notes and my heart beating. chantrelles and morels are high maintenance! At least with greens a person can fill a sink and let them soak. Cleaning greens is like diving into a pristine cold lake on a dusty summer afternoon. I was given this as a gift from my mother-in-law. I used it two times before a chip on the rim appeared. Now it leaks and is in the the back of the cupboard. Back to the pestle and Mason jar.
