This is a beautiful example of a modern space that still has a very unique, quirky and personal touch. I hope you are renting it out on AirBnB for top dollar!

A very good point by e-town from t-town. It's different in every city. In Ottawa, out green bin program accepts everything on the list as well. Check with your local recycling/compose program to see what is accepted!

Wow what an incredible transformation! This is just gorgeous and best of all, looks like an absolute pleasure to live in and cook in. I love the deep sink in the corner. Colour scheme and the vintage hutch are also great!

Great story! Thank you for sharing! Our farmhouse shower heated up just fine, but you ran out of hot water in about 20 minutes - with 7 of us living in the house, we all learned to shower as quickly as possible, especially if you were one of the last ones to shower!

This is beautiful! I am often not a huge fan of modern design, but this is so clean and inspiring it's hard not to love it.

Wow, this is really lovely! I love the slightly exotic, polished look with the flashes of well-integrated red. It's very unique and well-designed. It's great to see something that doesn't look like it was lifted out of the pages of an Ikea catalogue.
