It doesn't matter what year it is. People still have small spaces, solutions, and some haven't seen this yet. Myself, I think it is a lovely solution and looks classy. The window is probably so high up on the outside someone would need a ladder to look in. What better way to wake up in the morning but with the sun shining in? Bravo!
