i think bright white with an accent wall in that reddy polka dot colour from the square in the middle of the quilt would look just lovely!

@sporadicus : completely agreed. i almost died when i saw the records on the radiator. i don't even like to go home in the hot hot sun with vinyl, let alone keep them on a heat source!
