I drink the commercial stuff sometimes (I like GT Dave's the best - can be found at many markets) and brew my own. The flavor when fermented properly is like acidic (vinegary) sparkling cider. Its effects seem to be different on everyone. Good as a digestive aid and as a detoxifier, to name a couple. Lots of probiotic content. I am hooked on the stuff. What's the Deal With: Kombucha? |
