My husband was diagnosed as Type 1 about 3 years ago after a particularly terrifying experience, and no advance indicators he might be diabetic. Our experience, and with the education we received, is that you make them with sugar as usual and that he just allow himself a couple as a treat, and that's it. Using a substitute actually could be an issue for someone who doesn't use substitutes for other reasons, and could cause issues if they ingest them. Help! I like the idea Dustin is suggesting, you can buy some that has like a stained glass pattern on it. If you can do a plain frosted option on one side to still allow some light through but keep the privacy up, and a stained glass style on the side that goes in, for the pretty factor, that's honestly what I'd do, BUT you do need some kind of peephole situation, and you need to call your landlord about that. In fact I'd see if the Landlord can replace the entire door altogether with a more private option that has a peephole and then you haven't got to cover anything. Ideas For Covering Window in Door? My house looks QUITE similar, and I would say do all the trim (gingerbread and the like) one color so it blends in. And then the blue shutters. I have all my trim and shutters white, simply bec I can't figure out any other color that looks good with that color brick... Exterior Ideas to Help De-Gingerbread My House? Good Questions |

I picked mine up today at a Walgreens, and I CANNOT WAIT to go through it. I must have donated all of my old Domino issues a while back as I no longer have them. So I am glad I have this and the last special issue. I didn't recall much of what I saw, though I'd heard from others that it was just reprints of old stuff. I still loved it.
