I literally said "OH!" out loud when I saw the fireplace. And then again when I saw the book nook in the bedroom. Yowza! According to the notes at the very end of the article, the chair at the top left is from Jayson Home. The picture at the top right is from an art exhibition at Porter Contemporary in NY - per their website, the artist's name is Jason Bryant, name of the painting is "A Crack in his Faux Fashion."
