Dyson vacs are great, particularly the pet attachment (for carpets and furniture not the animal!). And sticky rollers (though not very green) are good on cushions and clothes.

You have created a gorgeous home, filled with interesting items. I'd love to wander round and look all the curiosities.

Just had a delicious lunch today of brown sushi rice, steamed broccoli, aubergine with a dressing of Japanese sesame paste, ground up sesame seeds, a dash of soy, a dash of rice vinegar and a little sugar. I can't remember the exact quantities but it was from Harumi's Japanese Cooking.

I've tried the coriander and it really wasn't pleasant. Greasy, bland mush - yuk. And if I remember correctly they don't keep for long once opened.

I've just had this for lunch and it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

Another picky eater here.
I used to hate olives, avocado, and the thought of sushi (once I plucked up the courage to try I loved it). I adore them all now. Fish eggs and oysters are a step too far though.

And now I've completely gone off the idea of meat, just can't stand the idea of it anymore.
