I got this same table and its chairs for free on Craigslist while furnishing my current (and first ever) apartment. It's painted a tragic chipped matte black and I can't wait to spruce it up once the weather is nice and I can work on this project outdoors. Ikea has an option that looks similar to the SnapNStore called Kassett. They come in a two back and require you to fold 11.5"x8" sheets in half but I use mine to organize things that come in the mail in envelopes or postcards. If you're not terribly concerned about your documents lying flat and like the look I recommend them. High & Low: Desktop File Boxes |

I don't normally like to argue against the tips posted on Apartment Therapy but this tip seems like a dud. While it would be wonderful to be able to eat away from my desk, the time I'm allotted to venture away from work and eat would leave me hungry and miserable. These look fragile and like they'd fall apart. And I'm a little creeped out by the appearance as well! But with such rave reviews I might have to get over that and give them a try.
