I don't think I would call any of them "overhyped". They're all great technologies that can be very useful, save for the 3D movies. However, I would say they are unnecessary, and because of that it is not inevitable that most people will incorporate them as regularly used tools in their lives.

HD matters only when the narrative depends heavily on what you're seeing. In general, story, narrative, plot, etc. do not rely on picture quality. Similarly, I've always thought that 3D televisions are not inevitable. It might enhance a fraction of television-viewing experiences, but it is by no means a requisite for the telling of a story.

I think this is cool and quirky--a fun, low-tech alternative to the typical options. I hope you can type with it a whole lot faster than what's in the video, though. (Also, did you say "high-quality mp3s"? Haha.)
