I wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry when I first saw an article on the "white ice" trend - I had just bought my dream SS appliances and now it seemed they would look as dated as harvest gold in just a couple years! Then I remembered the article I read saying white cabinets were "dead.". That was about 10 minutes after I finished painting my kitchen cabinets white. It seems that white cabinets have now been revived. Bottom line, it's your kitchen, so do what makes you happy, even if it is harvest gold!
