Yep. My husband and I take mini vacays to Yountville, CA from SoCal a couple times a year just to eat. We love the wine, too, but really, it's all about the food for us!

We just made a salad last night with frisee, raddichio, crumbled goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, a tangy dressing made with white balsamic, olive oil, anchovy paste, and garlic and then topped it off with a poached egg and a generous sprinkling of black truffle salt. It was delicious! Our dinner guests were surprised and impressed.

@Slow Lorus...sure most grocery stores offer bulk items now, but I think the point here is to encourage customers to bring their own containers. It's taking it one step beyond bringing your own grocery bags. Refilling our own "tupperware" containers at the market is brilliant. I'd like to see this done with take-out food, too.

Separate blankets works great! My husband and I have always slept this way. You can wrap up without worrying about pulling the covers off of your spouse and you control the temperature on your side of the bed. I can't imagine ever sleeping in separate beds or separate rooms. Please give separate blankets a try!

Not a fan of the neon green paint job in the office, but other than that, this is an amazing place. How much is it listed for?

Thanks, Juliet! We are happy that our house has many green features, we are not saying that it is 100% green. Like you said, it is a small cool contest, not a green contest. By the way, we are renting this space...we can only take credit for what we've done with the space we've been given.
