I live in Echo Park. There are a lot of apartments and it can get pretty noisy but there are lots of fun places opening up and it's so close to all these freeways that it makes going anywhere else a snap. Sounds nice if it gives me time to do the things I enjoy slower! My time saving tip is to not be a perfectionist and relax a little every day. That and cooking extra food so I have leftovers and don't have to waste time wondering what I'll have for lunch. I'm obsessed with white right now. High gloss white. I have a few cans of high gloss white spray paint that are about to attack some of my dingy old furniture!
