I'm a huge fan of Typhoo tea. My father is a Brit and he always has Typhoo on hand. PG Tips is good though, and a bit easier to find.

I only discovered this stuff recently and can't get enough of it. It's such a great grain. I mixed it with some root vegetables to boost the earthy flavors. I can't wait to try more variations on this. Stuffing vegetables is such a good idea!

I can't believe I missed this post! I had kangaroo meat a few weeks ago in France. It was tender and very tasty. I'd definitely have it again. I haven't seen it for sale in the US though. Here is a link if you want more details.

Another good suggestion is to precook the dough so it's nearly done, then freeze it. I hosted a "make your own pizza" party for about 30 people and made all the dough during the week.

All it took come party time was to lay out the ingredients, and let people build their own. All you do in mind the oven. Less work for you and people like to customize.

No lime. Use lemon. I find that lime is a very American addition. Each time I ordered a G&T in South America or Europe, it defaulted to a lemon. I'm so used to having to order it "with lemon, not lime" that I got a strange look in England once for having to specify.

I am a fan of Nespresso machines. Easy, simple and fast. It consistently cranks out good espresso and their pods are all very good and cover a good range.
