I use coasters on but still feel tacky about the whole insistence on them. However, I don't want my coffee table ruined. I am truly turning into my mother.

Who has "fancy" coasters that are too nice to use? What's the point of having them?

That first photo is sorta...I dunno...that carpet and the wall color (which is lovely in and of itself) and the acid yellow table (which I also love) and the bruise-y couch and the red pillows. I have to agree with LuckyMonkey, it clashes. The tv console seems a bit too long as well. All the photos are lovely, though.

Everyone needs some "fake glamor" in their life and these items (at least the tables) are made a lot better than the ones in West Elm and are a lot cheaper.
