wow, that's very little space! I wonder if you can diy a banquet- that way, half the seating is stationary and sits against the wall, and you can have more space for your chairs.

I have type 1 diabetes, so I made these with Walden Farms' sugar-free maple syrup and then dipped them in dark chocolate made with polydextrose & Splenda (Nevada Manna). They are DELICIOUS! I got 11 balls.

I framed a 3' x 4' poster relatively cheaply by ordering the frame from americanframe.com, using scrap cardboard as the mounting board, and buying a 3' x 4' sheet of clear acrylic from a local plastics shop in philadelphia, everythingplastic.net. the shipping for the acrylic would've been really expensive, which is why I turned to a local place.

Dark is sexy! I have a chart on my blog that identifies conventionally "masculine" and "feminine" furnishings. You can get a dark leather sofa and combine it with decorative side tables, some cozy fabrics with complex patterns, and flowy curtains, and it'll still read as feminine. Apartments that combine masculine and feminine designs are way more interesting than pure femininity.
