Hi, I am a brazilian and this recipe is a day by day thing down here, and there are some differences, please try it and see how much better it is!
500 ml sweet condensed milk
500 ml whole milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup of suggar (for the caramel)

No vanilla and the milks and eggs are mixed in a blender...the caramel is made on the ring mold, so u dont make more mess than it is necessary...no whisking the caramel just put it on the mold and hold the mold with a glove over the fire, it is super quick. Making it this way, u will notice that the result is lighter, the "flan" gets full of holes when ready (which makes the difference) and it bakes much quiker cause the amount of ingredients is in the right balance!
I hope I helped, this recipe is in my family for generations.

What are cafe clips? I really wish all the decoration and especially the DYI stuff had at least one photo, in order for us to see what are the material u guys are talking about!
