If you're going to post pictures of artist's work you should probably credit the artist, not just the venue. The Weekend Guide: April 19, 2013 National, Local & Online Sales & Events Calendar |

I would put open shelving in the windows. Glass shelves could be nice to keep it very open. Use them to display small plants, artwork, etc. What To Do with Interior Windows-to-Nowhere? Good Questions |

I'm not a parent yet, but I appreciated this post. I guarantee you I will be that person who obsesses and hovers over what I feed my children. I already obsess over my pet's food, I can only imagine what it will be like with my own child! But I also agree that there will come a point where compromises will need to be made, and I will just hope that when that comes my children will have it ingrained in them to eat well, and make good choices and moderate junk food instinctively. I'm feeding 50 people for $800. Our menu is artesanal sausages/brats with fresh-made rolls, plus all the toppings, deep fried turkeys, mac and cheese from a favorite BBQ restaurant, grilled vegetables, potato salad, mixed greens salad, and pies for dessert instead of cake. $20 for a 6 pack?! Sorry, but that's more than I would be willing to spend on a gimmick beverage for a dog. My dog will be sticking to water, and the occasional spill he decides to mop up with his tongue. It's No Joke: Bowser Beer = Beer for Dogs! |

I think anyone spending $28,000 on a home office is completely unnecessary. And yes, if you're doing the plan above with custom cabinetry, etc. limits the use of space for the next owner so I can see why it doesn't have a good ROI. Home Office Projects Rank Last in Return On Investment |

I don't know that it has anything to do with childhood. I was raised on very bland polish/german foods. As an adult, I eat a lot of variety and love the strong flavors of other "ethnic" foods, but I still HATE cilantro. Tastes like dish soap. Do You Hate Cilantro? It May Be Genetic. Gizmodo |

Currently on the living room floor is an elk antler, wubba, a couple of shredded skinneeez and a ball. I buy my dog what he likes and what will last more than 5 seconds. The furthest extent I go to when it comes to aesthetics is picking the color option I like better. Sorry, but quality, durability and function are far more important than anything else. If they look ugly on my floor, who cares? The dog lives here, too. I can put them away if I'm having company, but even that is primarily so nobody is tripping on anything. 9 Well Designed Dog Toys: Aesthetically Pleasing Things to Chew On |

I could definitely make use of this. I ship ceramic work and frequently have to pack with boxes inside of boxes, so the ability to make a box to perfectly fit any item would make my life easier. A better fitting box would hep to ensure nothing broke, and would cut down on the size of the larger box the pieces were put into for shipping.
