I have had the bungee chair for about a year now and I really like it. I find it very supportive as long as I remember to sit with my butt all the way to the back - otherwise, like any chair, it doesn't magically provide lumbar support. The bungees have held up well and I have no complaints. Comfortable, Stylish, Reasonably Priced Office Chair? Good Questions | Apartment Therapy DC |

Absolutely lovely - one of my favorite tours ever. The covered porch is to die for. I'm guessing the owners are very private people hence they didn't fill out the regular AT:House Tour surveys/info part of the house tour - too bad, I'd love to know more about where they sourced furniture, paint, cabinetry, etc. A Modern Home With History House Tour | Apartment Therapy Boston |

I totally disagree with mei-ling - do NOT scatter them throughout the house. I stayed at a B&B once where the owner's collection of dolls was displayed throughout the house and I honestly felt like there was no escape from the staring eyes of creepy vintage dolls. If she really wants to display then I agree with the suggestion of picking a few at a time and either displaying them museum style on a shelf or in custom cubbies or perhaps setting them up in little 'action scenes' with appropriate accessories and doll furniture. Am I missing something? While he does describe some grody previous levels of cleanliness, the place looks fine now. His office is cluttered but it doesn't seem unclean. I do agree that other than the great windows the rest (and the low rent) of the place is pretty 'meh'. Cheap Rent & Great Architecture in NoHo The New York Times | Apartment Therapy New York |

The house itself has great bones, but it looks like it was decorated by a home staging company - no personality. the photos didn't really help show it off either - not many full room shots and too many close-ups of uninteresting details. I voted one based on the price point. It the majority of the material used is free or close to it then the price should reflect a more reasonable rate - especially since there doesn't seem to be much done to it. I'd pay $5K for handmade dove-tail or mortise & tenon joinery or some hand carving or embellishment, but arranging blocks - no matter how attractively - doesn't merit $5K. I think it makes the table part look like a tiny stage. All you'd need to complete the vignette would be a figurine of a stand-up comedian and a tiny microphone. Apartment Therapy San Francisco | Alux Table / Lamp by Christian Vivanco |

I have a massive glass-fronted antique china cabinet that is super-useful and holds a ton of dishes, glassware and table linens, but I bought it at a time when I was more into traditional furniture. I prefer more modern pieces now and see breakfronts all the time on Craigslist that would be much more to my liking, but I just can't sever the ties to the massive hulk that seems to hold just about everything. My husband is strangely attached to a fugly chest of drawers because it belonged to his great-uncle - I keep trying to get rid of it but I'm not having any luck so far.
