I have also been using this app for a while and it's fantastic! Sometimes it's a little bizarre what has been built in to the app's initial memory (green bell peppers? yes. red bell peppers? no) but it can be worked around pretty easily. I also installed it on my husband's phone so he can add things he needs and then whoever goes to the store knows what needs picking up! Big time saver.

You can typically buy flexible plastic can covers wherever pet food is sold. Sometimes they are pet- or store-themed, but a little searching should turn up plain ones as well.

I had a hard time finding pumpkin in stores in the north suburbs of Chicago in the late summer/early Fall (I use it year round for my dog's food). It has been easier to find lately, but I guess I'll have to find some alternative soon.

mannequingirl already pretty much covered it, but I live in a garden apartment so I specifically went over this with my State Farm agent when signing up for renter's insurance last year. I was specifically told that any water coming from above would be covered, not regular flooding, but what you had is not regular flooding. The personal property should be covered by your renter's insurance. Good luck.

I also have a mini schnauzer in my apartment. She can be pretty high strung if she gets upset by something, but when it's just me and my husband (the majority of the time) she mostly sleeps and follows us around.
