Thanks for the advice!!!!! I was given a flokati from my mom and it was about 30 years old and once it became dirty I did not know what other alternatives I had other than dry cleaning. I washed it in the bathtub with mild blue dishwashing soap and it looks great! Took a while to dry but THANKS!

Wow...Who cares about the decor with that kind of view!? Who would even notice? I think the rug is really lovely, but really why bother? ;0) LilyC is right.

Ok on a serious note; beautiful spanish design with neutral colors. I love it.
inkstainedwriter: you are hilarious! I thought the same thing.

I like the first one. There is something about the design in that middle brown and white color combo with the blue on the outside that grounds the room...not to mention it is unexpected.

The pretty but typical stripe is pretty predictable.

HA ha! Ms.Pea you are so right!
People who have those horrible wedding photos, in their offices. Geez~

It's hard for people to understand that no one really cares to see your photos of your wedding
and actually more than half of the people who ATTENDED your happy day, bitched and moaned the entire drive to the church. No one says "I GET to go to a wedding!" they say they "HAVE to go to a wedding"

As for the Home: well, wedding photos on display at the very most should be only in your bedroom...but better yet should stay in your photo album.

I blame Pottery Barn and Olan Mills for these problems.

I do thank god that, gone are the days of the Glamour Shots portrait hanging on the Hallway wall

Thanks AT!!! You are awesome!
I just donated 5.00 for the above suggested project but ran across this one below while checking out the site...I am from Mississippi and there is a lack of exposure to the arts in these rural mississippi schools... trust me its hard times everywhere, but I can spare 5.00, and skip my starbucks coffee for one day this week, most people can afford to spend 5.00 to help another person and they know it! ;0)

Very cool, For some reason I am thinking it would look better if you didnt paint it to look like real stone but instead pick a bold color and just let it have that unique texture. I think if you tried to paint it too look like a real stone it would end up looking silly.

Pathetic! I hate to upset anyone who likes this and thinks this is provocative...but I believe most people look at art as a form of the artist's self-expression and creativity and YES so many of us have found ourselves excited by an artist's willing to push a subject that would make most people squirm or uncomfortable. But Come on! Showing horrific and tragic photographs on pillows is a LAME attempt to gain attention for your art.

These pillows shows a sad lack of creativity.
