Francine, thank you so much for including photos of activities from the party, as well as the pretty party decor / set up we adults enjoy! I have been racking my brain trying to come up with some fun (and easy for me) activities that my soon to be two year old AND her four year old cousins could equally enjoy. Love this! In regards to the powdered tempera paints, they are not recommended for children under 12 years old. The paints "create inhalable dusts, and some colors contain toxic pigments, preservatives, and additives". When in doubt, you can check to see if a product is ACMI certified safe for children.
