#firstworldproblems? But really, I've got a question. I live In Ireland, where its not standard to have closets in a bedroom, and instead have two sections of a wall-to-wall wardrobe. My fiancé has the section with drawers, so I'm forced to store tights, underwear, bras, and socks in plastic bins on a shelf. I try very hard to keep it all organised (Underwear folded into little squares and stacked in bin based on style /cut) but the tights are a MESS. How do you ladies keep tights/pantyhose organised so you can get at them in a hurry and know what's there? It's so hard to tell patterns, etc when they're tangled in a box :( Decluttering Tips: Shedding Clothes from Your Closet |

If you really want to stay with this colour scheme, I definitely second abandoning the over-head light and placing some cosy lamps at different heights around the room. Perhaps place a lamp in front of a well- placed mirror to reflect light into the room, and introduce some metallics to add sheen and the illusion of light? @HAYLEYMAR Can I ask how many consoles fit into the Ikea TOBO? We're having the same issues as the original poster, but my fiance currently has 6 or 7 consoles hooked to his TV (this is after we 'edited' the ones he wasn't using). I like the modern look of the Tobo though-- would be great to get everything semi-hidden rather than on open shelving. Suggestions for Affordable Media Console? Good Questions |

Gorgeous! I'd go with a less is more approach and maybe lightly sand the damaged area and apply a closely matching gel stain to the top and perhaps the rest of the cabinet? I'd definitely leave the inset in the doors alone-- too good to cover! Advice for Restoring this Credenza? Good Questions |
